Many of us know Jerry Springer as a TV host, a former mayor, and/or an actor.  What you may not know is that he is the child of Holocaust survivors. Jerry’s parents were German Jewish refugees who escaped Nazi Germany just before the Second World War.  He was born in war-torn London. They arrived in the United States in 1949 when Jerry was just six years old.
