Description:
One (20" X 13") glass art sculpture by Herman Perlman depicting a bull and rider. Perlman and his family immigrated to Columbus to join the Goldberg and Finkelstein families.
The sculpture is titled "Rodeo" and is documented in the book "Herman Perlman: His Life and Art," pg 99. The sculpture comes with a wood base which contains a fluorescent light that when turned on, initiates a lighted effect on the engraved glass figure encapsulated within the glass structure. Note: The image of the sculpture on page 99 of the book has a square shape while the top of the object cataloged here is angled.
